The Amerex B500 5 lb ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher is a reliable, high-performance fire suppression tool designed for versatile protection in residential, commercial, industrial, and vehicle settings. Featuring a UL rating of 2A:10B: C, it effectively combats fires involving ordinary combustibles (Class A), flammable liquids (Class B), and electrical equipment (Class C).
This extinguisher uses monoammonium phosphate, a specially fluidized and siliconized dry chemical that melts at approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit to form a barrier on Class A materials, smothers flammable liquid fires by breaking the chain reaction, and safely handles live electrical fires with its non-conductive properties.
The durable anodized aluminum valve assembly ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, while the included wall bracket compatibility allows for easy installation in homes, offices, vehicles, or workshops. Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
