The Dakota Alert DCMA-4000 Wireless Motion Detector/Receiver Kit helps protect your property from intrusion and theft. This kit includes the DCMT-4000 Motion Detection Transmitter and DCR-4000 Receiver.
How Does This System Work?
The transmitter features a passive infrared (IR) sensor that detects motion in the monitored area and immediately sends a signal to the receiver. Once the receiver receives a signal, it automatically triggers an alarm alerting you about the intrusion.
Detection Range Up to 50-Feet
The transmitter can detect a person or a vehicle at a distance of up to 50-feet and sends a signal back to the receiver located within 1 mile (may vary depending on the environment).
Expand Your System
You can connect multiple motion detectors (or other transmitters) to the DCR-4000 receiver unit to create a complete security system.
Track Multiple Zones
The receiver supports up to 12 different tunes, selected from the transmitter’s end, to distinguish between different zones from where the signal has been detected. A volume control allows you to set the sound to the desired level.
Power Source
The sensor unit operates on one 9V alkaline battery (not included), while the receiver can be powered using the included 12VDC adapter.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
