The JURA C9 brings two distinct coffee experiences to one compact automatic coffee machine. Select a classic Hot Brew for a full aroma profile or choose a mild Light Brew prepared at a lower temperature for immediate sipping. With 17 specialties, the C9 covers everyday espresso and coffee as well as cortado, cappuccino, flat white, espresso macchiato, latte macchiato, and milk foam.

Freshly Ground Coffee with Flexible Extraction

The Professional Aroma Grinder prepares beans for each drink, while the variable full size brewing unit handles 5 to 16 grams of ground coffee. Standard brewing and the Pulse Extraction Process support rich, balanced classics. For Light Brew selections, the Light Extraction Process uses less ground coffee and a lower brewing temperature to produce a lighter, aromatic profile. A separate powder chute also makes it easy to prepare decaffeinated coffee from preground beans.

Personal Settings Made Simple

The 2.8 inch color display and four responsive buttons provide direct access to both beverage worlds. Coffee strength can be adjusted across 10 levels, grind consistency across 7 levels, and brewing temperature across 3 levels. Coffee water, milk, and milk foam quantities are individually programmable, so each specialty can be matched to the cup and preference. Optional Wi-Fi Connect adds compatibility with the J.O.E. app for profiles, personalized settings, and additional functions.
