With its Professional Aroma Grinder, three brewing processes and full-size brewing unit, the C9 can handle 17 specialty coffees. The selection on offer includes popular classics as well as the flat white, cortado and espresso macchiato trend specialties. For the ultimate ready-to-drink enjoyment with mild aromatic light brew specialties. The innovative technologies in the C9 allow you to adjust the aroma, coffee and milk quantity as well as the temperature individually. The powder chute, which is easily activated via the menu, is ideal for decaffeinated indulgence. Equipped with an optional Wi-Fi Connect, this automatic coffee machine is compatible with J.O.E.. The app simplifies user-specific settings and offers additional functions.

Double the choice and varied coffee enjoyment with two worlds of indulgence: The C9 brews classic hot and innovative mild options. Thanks to the Light Extraction Process, it offers ready-to-drink enjoyment with mild aromatic coffee notes. Brewed at approx. 60 °C and prepared with less coffee, the light brew develops a unique taste profile – at a pleasant temperature and ready to drink. The C9’s specialty coffees also benefit from the full-size brewing unit and, in addition to the standard brewing process, from the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.).

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
