Coffee is 98% water, so using the highest-quality water is essential for creating the best possible coffee experience. The CLEARYL Smart+ from JURA takes water filtration to the next level. Its advanced filtration technology ensures superior hygiene throughout the coffee machine, starting directly in the water tank. Water Stabilization
At the base of the CLEARYL filter cartridge is a capsule containing natural active ingredients that stabilize the water in the tank and help reduce limescale buildup at the bottom of the tank. This process works naturally through the movement of water in the tank, allowing water to flow gently through the capsule without the need for additional energy or a special mechanism. Meanwhile, the upper section of the CLEARYL filter cartridge uses ion exchange and activated carbon with an up-flow principle to filter the precise amount of water needed for the perfect cup of coffee.
RFID Technology
Thanks to RFID technology, the machine automatically detects when a filter has been inserted and activates the appropriate mode. It continuously monitors filter usage and alerts the user when the filter capacity has been exhausted. This not only makes filter replacement easier than ever but also ensures the CLEARYL Smart+ delivers optimum performance at all times.

CLEARYL Smart+ builds on the proven professional up-flow principle, which filters exactly the amount of water required for each cup of coffee, by adding a capsule filled with natural active ingredients. The result? The natural movement of water continuously flows through the capsule, stabilizing the water through constant contact. This reduces limescale buildup and maintains maximum cleanliness in the water tank.
Suitable for All Types of Tap Water
Thanks to its innovative formula, the filter cartridge is suitable for tap water worldwide. The highly effective granules continuously filter calcium carbonate to an optimum level, even in areas with low water hardness, while more effectively reducing harmful and flavor-impairing substances such as chlorine. At the same time, it retains important minerals that help carry the coffee flavor. The optimal stabilization of calcium carbonate in the water tank, combined with efficient filtration during brewing, ensures excellent hygiene and water quality for the perfect coffee aroma.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
