Turn Your Drill into a Power Shear
The Malco TS1 TurboShear converts a compatible corded or cordless drill into a powered sheet metal cutter. It cuts up to 20 gauge galvanized steel and 20 gauge cold rolled steel. Use it for ductwork, roofing panels, flashing, equipment enclosures, and other sheet metal fabrication tasks.
Cut Straight Lines and Tight Patterns
The cutting jaws travel straight and to the left while navigating curved patterns and square openings. Blind cuts require a 1/2-inch starting hole. The offset design also keeps both hands away from the work surface during operation.
Adjustable Jaws for Different Materials
Jaw clearance can be adjusted to suit thinner or thicker material and maintain cutting performance. Hardened jaws are replaceable when worn. A minimum 1/4-inch drill chuck and at least 14.4 volts is needed for cordless drills, making the TS1 a compact way to add powered shearing capability to a compatible drill.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
