Nespresso has revolutionized home brewing yet again with the sleek & modern designed VertuoLine. It uses advanced technology to offer 1-touch operation regardless of whether you're making coffee or espresso. Underneath the lip of each coffee capsule is information the VertuoLine reads with a laser, letting it know how to brew the capsule and how much to dispense. The result? Some of the most amazing freshly-brewed coffee and espresso, with rich and generous crema, that you've ever had at home. The VertuoLine does this and does it fast with Centrifusion technology. Like the name implies, it uses centrifuge action to spin the capsule at an amazing 7000 RPMs! Hot water thoroughly combines with the premium coffee to give you the perfect brew. Startup time is equally as fast. Water is heated in just 15 to 20 seconds. When the brew is done, the capsule drops into a container that can hold up to 14 used capsules. VertuoLine is the perfect combination of quality and speed.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
