It has four keep warm temperature settings (160, 175, 195, 208 degrees F) that allow you to brew anything from green tea to French press coffee to perfection. This unit displays actual water temperature at all times. It features an optional Quick Temp mode that reaches 160, 175, or 195 degrees keep warm temperatures directly without reaching a boil, saving time and energy while reducing steam. It also has an energy-saving timer function (6 - 10 hours) and automatically turns on the boiler at a later time to save electricity. The steam-save function automatically lowers the power just before boiling to reduce the amount of steam emitting from the steam vent. Cafe drip dispensing mode decreases the amount of water dispensed to 60 percent of the normal setting, making it suitable for brewing cafe drip coffee.
