The Okuma Avenger ABF-3000 Baitfeeder Spinning Reel gives anglers controlled bait presentation with a secondary rear drag system that lets bait move freely before the hook set. The on and off auto trip bait feeding system allows the reel spool to disengage for bait control, then automatically returns control to the main drag when the handle is turned.
Baitfeeder Control For Live Bait
The ABF system is useful for saltwater and freshwater bait presentations where fish need time to take the bait naturally. A secondary micro-adjustable drag at the rear of the reel helps manage spool tension for bait control, while the main drag system is ready when it is time to fight the fish.
Smooth Spinning Reel Performance
The Avenger ABF-3000 uses a 6BB plus 1RB stainless steel bearing system, Quick Set anti-reverse roller bearing, precision machine-cut brass pinion gear, and a multi-disc Japanese oiled felt drag system. Its 5.0:1 gear ratio, 28-inch line retrieve, and 18 lb max drag provide practical control for a wide range of light saltwater and freshwater applications.
Built For Wet Fishing Conditions
A corrosion-resistant frame, sideplate, and rotor help the reel handle demanding fishing environments. Okuma CFR Cyclonic Flow Rotor technology increases airflow around the rotor and spool area when the reel becomes wet, while the rigid metal handle reduces flex during retrieves. A machined aluminum, two-tone anodized spool completes the setup.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
